Noah was amazingly helpful and patient. He took the time to explain everything and enjoyed what he was doing. I feel like I got a great product and accessories at really good prices. I test road two bikes and even though it was a busy Sunday Noah made sure I understood everything about the e-bike before I headed out for my test ride. I love riding my new electra townie!

The selection at Folsom Bike was a lot better than any other bike shop in the Sacramento area. Also Travis did a great job going over all options for my son. No pressure sales… Travis is very good at what he does!
The sales rep I worked with (Travis Lee) was extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable about all products offered. It didn’t feel like a rushed purchase process, he was trying to educate me and ensure I got a bike I would enjoy. I had been to several other bike shops in the area and left empty handed but Travis sealed the deal and won my business. They have something for everyone.

He asked pertinent questions to focus the selection of bicycle type and appropriate accessories. Folsom Bike is now my go to store for biking equipment.
