I couldn’t come up with a negative comment if I tried. Andrew assisted us for my daughters new bike since she has grown and her riding has improved sooo much. Fitted her with a bike she loves and exactly what she wanted. Everyone was friendly as well and the service was amazing.

Services here are great. Reasonably priced and usually done pretty quick. Im a bmx guy myself and they are not much a bmx bike shop. But great friendly staff that is very helpful and knowledgeable. Good work Folsom Bike. Carry more bmx products lol

We stopped by to check out what bikes were available. We were warmly received with no pushy sales tactics, just a comfortable conversation discussing what we were looking for. We were asked if we wanted to take a bike for a test ride which we weren't expecting. The bikes we readied and we rode two bikes around the area. They ended up being exactly what we were looking for. We purchased two bikes and picked them up the next day. We couldn't be happier and had a wonderful experience at Folsom Bike in El Dorado Hills.

I went with my young son to get his bike repaired and it was close to closing time. As kids are my boy was anxious to go riding with his friends. Service tech Jan jumped on the repairs, changing all the cables within minutes and made one boy more than happy. The sales team was also very attentive. They looked up availability of a bike for my wife. As limited as inventory is these days he was still able to find what she was looking for.

First, I am a big fan of the Trek line.
Second, your staff is second to none. When I walk in the door I am greeted by name. Your team knows me, and how I ride. They make really good product and service recommendations for me based on that relationship. Patrick, Josh, Ian, Scott, Kieth, are all great.
Also, when I’ve had problems (like a broken cable) your team has been able to put me back in the road in a hurry.
