Folsom Bike is the absolutely the best shop I have ever dealt with in my 50 years of being a dedicated cyclist. It all starts with great service whether you are buying a bike, looking for anything related to cycling or in need of repairs. The employees are exceedingly knowledgeable, always helpful, but never too pushy. The repairs are perfectly done in a timely manner and the staff will explain what was done and why it was needed. I generally use the shop in El Dorado Hills, but used the Folsom Crossing shop before this one was opened. The experience was the exactly the same. I'll give special kudos to Scott, Patrick, Josh and Keith. Thanks to all for being the number one bike shop in the entire Sacramento region!

Folsom Bike was on it! Dropped off my son's bike for a tune up on Monday, and they said it may be the end of the week before we'd get it back...I asked if it was possible to have it before his ride on Thursday, and they said they'd try to get it done Wednesday...Well, to my surprise, it was done on Tuesday! Picked it up, and rides like a champ! Son is totally happy, and ready for his Thursday ride! Folsom Bike's customer service rocks!

Great online & in store shopping experience. They have a Huge inventory; so there is something for everyone.
Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. You had items in stock, unlike your local competitor. The store was clean and well put together. All in all, the sale took about 15 minutes, which included adding a kickstand and inspection. It was a quick and pleasant experience.
