I got a quote for work and I ended up paying that amount. I was told when it would be completed and received a phone call saying it was done the day before. They tested the repair and didn't like how it was working with another part on my bike so they tweeked the other part...free. The employees were friendly. They retrieved my bike from my car and put it back in when I picked up the bike. So far, I have found I like the results.
I am always asked what I need help with the moment I enter the store. I feel that I am important and am able to get answers to my questions about a product or service. The service department does a great job on my bikes and gives advice on what my bike needs, doesn't try to sell me things I don't need. The only bike store I go to, thanks

Keep up the good work. Oh, I also am a regular at the Folsom Grind and really appreciate that it is always open at the key times for riding.

Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing bikes! Scott is very very knowledgeable, and their customer service is 100% white glove concierge. I bought two bikes for my son and his wife. Scott took the time to help me understand and purchase the perfect bikes since my knowledge base is limited when it comes to bikes. I have referred Multiple clients that have recently moved to the area, and they have expressed the same experience. Super glad that I finally went into the store. I also purchased a really nice bike rack from them. I highly recommend this business.

Nice, knowledgeable staff, who was ready to help. Convenient location with ample parking. Sells Trek, Pinarello, Cervello, Giant and Liv bikes. Sales folks are slightly pushy on accessories, but in moderation and within reason.

AMAZING local knowledge and customer service. Boutique vibes with the biggest/best inventory of top brand product around. They’ve helped us with 5 bike sales from our 5 year olds first bike to our more advanced mountain bikes.
