Folsom Bike staff are always friendly. The stores usually have good product selection for the size of the shop. The shop layouts are friendly and it's easy to find things. I appreciate the solid COVID precautions as well as we deal with the pandemic. Keep up the good work, folks.

Specifically worked with Andrew to purchase a kickstand, safety lighting and a lock for my son's Trek bike. Andrew was incredibly thorough, explained the purpose behind each recommendation, even took a fair amount of time to look at the Kryptonite lock website and show me different features from their video tutorials.
Felt like Andrew went above and beyond in his approach. Appreciated the service team and quick turnaround on the install. As a note, another bike shop closer to me, that isn't a Trek vendor, recommended Folsom Bike. I think a recommendation by another shop always speaks volumes.

He even allowed us to take our chosen bikes on a test ride before purchase. His good work and the fact that we could rely on Folsom Bike to provide support and service in the future sold us. We can heartily recommend them for anyone else in the market for a new bike or accessories.
Very patient and knowledgeable sales people, extensive inventory, and a great corporate culture that seeks to satisfy the customers without any sales pressure. Having been to both locations I can state both shops have the same traits stated above. My recent purchase was at the El Dorado Hills shop.
