I recently bought a new bike from Folsom Bike Folsom location. The staff was great, very helpful and were able to answer all my questions and point me to the perfect bike. The whole process was quick and they installed the accessories that I bought while I waited and I rode off on my new bike in a short time!! They are my new go to bike shop.

Specific to only the El Dorado location, I always receive top notch customer service every time I’m in the store. The staff are super friendly and always asking if I need help. I’ve been to the Folsom store twice and no one ever acknowledged I entered the store. Staff walked right past me and never even said hi or asked if I had any questions. I was trying to buy a road bike! I will only shop at the El Dorado store. Improve your customer service Folsom!
