Before I purchased my new Trek Domane bike, I did some reconnaissance by visiting all of the authorized Trek dealers in the greater Sacramento area, to be sure I chose the best local bike shop for me. Folsom Bike was hands down the best!

1.) Their shop is larger than most and has a wide selection of bikes, accessories, tools, and cycling clothing to choose from.
2.) The atmosphere and vibe is fun, engaging, and makes you want to linger and stop by often just to see what’s new.
3.) But most importantly, the Sales and Service staff at Folsom Bike are among the most professional, low-pressure, and friendly folks to work with – whether you need advice on buying a new bike, need to understand how to maintain and improve your existing bike or riding style, or just want to hang out and chat.
I’m just a casual cyclist and not a “peloton rider”, but working with the crew at Folsom Bike I felt like I received the personal attention I wanted. Their staff took the time to help me ensure I was buying the right bike for my riding style, answered all my questions (even ones I didn't know I had), and helped me understand why each option, each part, and each accessory met my own needs the best. Their Folsom Auburn Rd location even has a cute café inside and you can grab a coffee and a snack and relax a bit. Insider tip: Ask for Travis – his enthusiasm for cycling is truly contagious and fun!
I'm almost ashamed to admit to my friends and family how much I spent on my new bike - it's just a bicycle after all. But, I have absolutely NO buyer's remorse and and extremely happy with my purchase from Folsom Bike. I got the right bike for me, and I got it from the right bike shop. Thanks gang! :-)

I WISH THAT I could share my experience with my new E Bike. You seemed to put the bike together good. We loaded it in Nate's and went home. As you know bad weather has stopped any progress. The batteries are charged, and am ready to ride. So far my only experience with an E Bike was the 15 minutes that I had in your parking lot. When it clears a little Off I'll Go. Wish me luck. Patrick and the team at the EDH location are incredible. Patrick took the time to help me select a new saddle for my Trek Rail (also purchased from this location last year) and had the guys install it while I waited. They also made a few quick adjustments which were needed on my bike while I waited. This is the type of service that keeps a customer coming back. Proof of that is last year I bought my son a Giant MTB from Scott. Great store, great people.
Staff was beyond courteous and remarkably knowledgeable. Did some research prior to going to the store, they answered my lingering questions in seconds and I was out the door in minutes with a great new bike for less money than I had anticipated spending. Great experience.
