Folsom Bike is both a well stocked store with a nice selection of cycling equipment, but is also well organized. It is a very inviting atmosphere, with a very knowledgeable staff that is willing and happy to take care of their customers.
Every time I have visited Folsom Bike, I have always felt like they are trying to take care of me. Whether it's getting my bikes serviced, or shopping for new gear, they are always there to help.
The sales rep were very helpful explaining the bike features and patiently answering my questions.
Great customer service from the service department who helped me until Patrick was available to show me the E-bikes and then Patrick the E-bike guru. After Patrick talked with me about my e-bike wants and needs and showed me the bikes that he thought would fit the bill we narrowed it down to the Trek Allant, I took it for a test ride and knew this was the one for me. He showed me the components of the bike, made a couple of fit tweaks to the bike, and off I went. Came back the next day for some accessories and received the same great service from Patrick again. They are super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly at Folsom Bikes in EDH. Highly recommend!

We went to purchase a bike and was met by "K" who was very knowledgable, professional and courteous. K answered all of our questions and provided a selection to meet our need. The entire purchase was fun and easy.

When no one had inventory you had 5 bikes for me to test ride. The staff was excellent and answered all my questions. We had bought my wife's gravel bike there two years ago and found everyone helpful and professional.

And I hugely appreciate the attitude of all I met at what is now my go-to bike place; that you brought my bike to my home was awesome, as I don't yet have a car and my knees are too shot to ride it from Folsom to where I live.
