I found everyone at the bike shop accommodating and easy to talk to. After I took delivery of my new bike and bike rack, I had to return for some adjustments and again Folsom Bike was so easy to work and helpful. Would not hesitate recommending them.

I recently had to ship a bike to Denver, CO. Folsom Bike handled the whole process (dismantling, packing, and shipping) seamlessly and for a very reasonable cost. Plus - their staff is always so welcoming and friendly!

I liked that I was shown different options for the type of riding I wanted to do. I was able to test drive the bicycle and felt comfortable doing so. I was also happy that my was able to get the bike he wanted as well. My son has special needs and felt very comfortable in the store. The staff was attentive and great and we loved our experience.
