Patrick was very helpful to me and my husband in finding the E-bikes that are right for us and explaining our options. We are very happy with the E-bikes we purchased. We had previously purchased Wavecell helmets and other bike accessories at Folsom Bikes. We are very happy with their customer service and their products, and we plan to continue to shop there for our cycling needs.
During this pandemic employees made sure that their guests were well taken care of and healthy. I appreciated the steps at Folsom bike took to ensure our safety.
We had a problem with our electric bike that we bought from another company. Folsom Bike came to our home and picked the bike, fixed it, and returned the bike to our home in a very timely manner. They were very friendly.

Top quality products and first-rate service
In spite of the shutdown, Folsom Bike is providing great sales service. My sales experience was no different than being in-person. And, they're moving products between stores in the same timely and friendly way as before this "season" we'r in (not racing season :) ). Thanks!
This is a great store, has a fantastic selection of bikes and accessories along with a phenomenal staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and genuinely wants to help each customer. I have nothing but positive accolades for Folsom Bike shop at the Town Center.
I continue to be impressed with the staff at Folsom Bike. Always polite and knowledgeable. I really appreciate they never try to “up sell” things on me. In fact, I have experienced the opposite at times...sometimes I think I need to replace a part...they will evaluate and tell me no...all good, just need an adjustment.
They also are very timely on service. Last 2 times I had my hike in, they delivered 2 days ahead of the date promised.
However, one thing, at your Folsom store you put up tow signs. I used to park their and go for a ride, and then go into the store to buy general items or even to have the bike looked at. Accordingly, I started going to the other shop in Folsom (your competitor) to park and went in his store for superfluous gear since I did not have to worried about getting towed. In other words, I think these signs hurt your biz for the purchase of incidentals.
I finally went in your store yesterday and one of your guys explained why the signs are there. Understand, but I suspect many like myself went elsewhere rather than risk being towed. Other than this I let no heathen hands touch my bikes unless its your personnel.
Excellence of service is what you will find when visiting Folsom Bike.
From every angle I look I am very pleased with Folsom Bike, and it now includes both locations. My most recent visit was due to having worn out my tires. I stopped into EDH and Patrick met me, looked over my bike, inspected pads, shifters, etc and declared that I did not need a full time up at this point; just tires. The bike was promised for mid afternoon the next day, and was ready at noon. Delivered as promised and returned spotless Thanks!
A few weeks ago while riding in the rain I had two mechanical failures both within a quarter mile of the Folsom store. First a spoke loosened up and was repaired quickly and at no charge while I waited (and dripped rain water all over the store). As I left my rear shift cable broke, and I returned. Again the repair was completed as I waited. Ian helped me at the counter, I don’t know who did the work. But you all are all awesome. I can’t say enough good things about your business.
Very knowledgeable and super friendly staffs. Unfortunately they did not have the bike I wanted in stock and is back ordered until May or beyond but they helped me regardless. A shout out to Travis who helped me.
