Very friendly & understanding your needs on repairs . Did a good job on repairing my bike so I can ride it again, it was not in good shape . It was costly though, more than what I expected .
I have been going to Eddy’s since I moved to the region in 1995. The staff has always been kind and knowledgeable and (best of all) never condescending or high pressure.
What I like most in a shop is someone who can discuss the merits of different types of equipment, such as tires, tubes v. tubeless, chain lube, waxed v. wet, etc.
I also want to be able to have confidence in the mechanic working on my bicycle.
For reference, I bike anywhere from 6000 miles to 10,000 miles per year.
Beautiful store with a serious inventory. Would like to see more jerseys however.

Every time I take my bike there they are very professional knowledgeable, friendly they do not sell you stuff that you do not need. There’s a reason why they’ve been in business so long. They’re honest personable bottom line. There’s nowhere better.

Customer service was superb and the amount of knowledge answered to my questions while in store was far more than excellent.
It was very easy to get to the shop. The man was professional and helpful, both with getting the proper fit for the bike, and also giving advice and suggestions on where to bike. The tow trail was very close by, making it easy to get there. The price was very reasonable. If there would be a problem with the bike, all you would have to do is call them for help, although I didn't have any issues.
