My salesman was excellent. He took his time and looked up information to make sure I had the right products. He is younger, thin, dark hair (I forget his name). Friendly and patient with me the whole time. Very nice young man. I can tell he is an asset to the shop. The shop is very nice, clean, ton of bikes and accessories. Great experience.

Great experience buying bikes at Eddy’s! Frank was very helpful and patient throughout the process. He explained the options clearly and helped us choose the right bikes for our needs. He also made sure both bikes were adjusted properly before we left. We never felt rushed and really appreciated his knowledge and attention to detail. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a bike!

Everybody was very helpful and very responsive. Our bike came in and apparently they didn’t realize it. My grandson and I stopped there. They found it and put it together while we waited. Great service.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff
You had the product I needed. I didn’t want to use amazon or another online site for my purchase as I prefer to buy from local shops. It would help if the three employees at the register would greet their customers when they enter the store. I looked around, didn’t think I saw what I needed and was about to leave when an employee asked if I needed help. He took me to the spot I was looking at but wasn’t sure it would work, assured me it was what I was looking for so I made the purchase. I was going to hit up another store but ended up getting the right product.
Service team is always prompt & handles our repairs when/how they said they would.
They are always Happy to Help at Eddys in Stow. Love going there.
