Really appreciate the time and effort from the service team after a small issue with a new purchase. They were prompt in helping with a warranty issue, made sure everything was perfect when all was said and done, and were always quick to help me tweak and optimise my new bike anytime I popped in. Tristan and Jackson both did a lot on my behalf with Trek and I appreciate the extra mile they went for me.

Looking for a 2nd 3 wheeler to use as a spare when my greenspeed is in for a repair or new tires which has been quite often this season. You had a used Terra trike that suited my needs.
The team went above and beyond to have my bike tuned up and replacement parts ready the day after Labor Day so that I could ride the C&O and GAP Rails to Trails thank you!!!!!

First time back to the Rocky River shop since Eddy's took over for Century Cycles. Person answering phone for question on bike repair was great. My sister recently purchased a Suntrek baja 3 wheeler. She's a bit challenged dexterity wise, hence moving her to a 3 wheeler from her 20+ year old trek hybrid.
Brandon was out sales guy. he was super patient and explained to her in just the manner she needed what the differences were on a 3 wheeler vs 2 wheeler. as it turns out, the sun provided twist shifter was hard to work, not just for her but also for me when i tried the bike out.
i asked Brandon if he could retrofit a Shimano level actuated shifter, and within 30 min he had made the change, adjusted the shifter and she was able to easily switch the gears.
Brandon was the key to making this transition to the 3 wheeler a success.
Marilyn just loved the bike and shes done enough test rides that she now doesnt over lean, goes super slow around corners and gets on and off with ease.
Thanks Brandon. and thanks to the guys at the register who helper her into a new Trek bike helmet, as hers was cracked.
