Services - people are very helpful. they do not rush me. also, most consumers, like myself, are not that knowledgeable and the staff is patient and answers my questions.
So, while I was talking up front to Chris and not having much time to look and try on road shoes. The other Chris surprised me and came back to the front counter, while still talking with the other (older Chris who's wife works at Akron General Medical Center) and surprised me with a pair of Shimano road cycling shoes. They were a perfect replacement for the 19 year old specialized i bought from Eddy's, in 2007. Thank you Chris for going out of your way and seeing my need. You went above and beyond. I appreciate that!

Chris was very informative from the first phone call. Called me back quickly to let me know you had the bike I was looking for. When I arrived, he had it out waiting for me to look at it. Went over the bike, plus you installed multiple accessories quickly and he then helped me load my bike up to go home. Great experience.

The customer service was top notch. I had a lot of questions and they had all the answers. They helped me find a bike that was the best fit for my son based on his size, riding habits, and budget I was working with. They have an excellent selection and everything I saw in the shop are excellent quality bikes from reputable brands. Will definitely be returning when I purchase a bike for me and my wife and also for all of our service/maintenance needs.
