Not a big deal, but when I dropped it off I said I wanted it to be ready for the season, and specifically asked for the battery to be replaced, so the speedometer would be good. It wasn't, I did it myself. Had to adjust the sensor, etc. Again, 10 minute fix. No biggie, but you asked.
On the other hand you called to let me know my breaks needed work, and asked for permission. Super knowledgable sales, and great staff. But a 10 is perfect, and you weren't. You were really, really, good.

Chris and Jackson were very helpful in choosing the correct bike for my eight year old son. Also, they were very helpful with the Terratrikes. I test drive one and really liked it.
