I brought my bicycle in after I had some trouble getting the beads to set on my tubeless tires. The mechanics took care of the problem while I waited, and suggested some ways for me to avoid the problem in the future. Fantastic, courteous service.
Came in close to closing time at the north olmsted location, but Joey came right up to my friend and I, greeted and helped is out, stayed and chatted with us, was very knowledgeable super cool guy ended up buying a new kink bmx bike. Will definitely Come back
We did the free 1-year service and had Ben experiencing significant issues with the brakes. The service shop was able to have Trek replace all the brakes under warranty. We really appreciate that! Excellent customer service.

We went in to buy a pair of bicycle shoes. Our sales person was knowledgeable and Eddy's had several pairs to try on. We bought a pair of shoes plus clips. We also looked a a couple of options for a new bicycle and plan to come back for a test ride at a later time. Support your local bicycle shop!

From Bo the shop dog greating us as we walked in to Josh taking the time to help us, we had a great experience at Eddy's in Stow. This was our first real bike purchase for our 8 year old, and we appreciated Josh walking us through the process. He helped us get sized correctly for both a bike and helmet. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes, and most of that time was spent petting Bo. If you are looking for a bike Eddy's is the place to go. We'll be back here for the next one. Thanks!
