Very honest. Was able to repair and reuse a few parts which resulted in a large credit back to me. They could have easily swapped out the parts and kept the money. I appreciate their efforts and integrity.

I was at Eddys/Willoughby twice that day. First, driving, to get a new pair of fingerless bike gloves to replace the ratty ones from last summer & earlier. They had a nice selection of models & sizes & I was able to find a well-fitting one. Second on my bike, cold, to give my Trek a look over & adjust my gears & derailers. The mechanics did a great job - free, no big problems & I bought my bike there. I was off on a 40 mile ride with the bike performing perfectly. One thing I particularly like about this Eddy’s is the long term stability of the staff - I know them (not always by name) & they know me (likewise). Staff in both retail & the shop are professional & knowledgeable.
