Wow, so impressed with Eddy's Bike Shop! We brought an old 10 speed, for inspection and repair, as our college student needed something for getting around campus. The did a quick look over, told us what was needed and had it fixed in 3 days, in time for us to make a roadtrip this weekend.
Great service
It is the nearest well known bike shop near me and a lot of people I know have Treks or Giant bicycles. The sales staff is not high pressure and knowledgeable about the products they offer.
I came in with a bad tire. The guy told me what he would do for me told me it would take 10 minutes and he would text me when it was done. All of those things happened and he was very friendly.

Very clear and concise with products and services with quick turnaround. The only potential request would be for onsite instant service for minor issues such as bike tire repair.

To be honest the online stock inventory is hit and miss. My experience at the North Olmsted store was great, but I've learned to call ahead to make sure what I was looking for parts-wise was indeed available.
