Drew did an excellent job helping me with my Pivot that was having dropper post issues. He was very knowledgeable and made sure it got fixed quickly and properly. He was also really helpful at recommending some future upgrades for me that I’ll be considering in the future!

The staff was great and very helpful. I told them exactly what I was looking for in a bike and my goals, and they pointed me in the right direction. They have a great finance system so I didn't got completely broke paying for a bike. When I ordered my bike and pedals they forgot to give me the attached cleats for the shoes but fixed that immediately with my next visit. Great service and knowledge.
Andre was awesome!! Very responsive to my request to get my bike looked over asap and got me on the trail!! He’s now my bike guy, will be seeing him again very soon!!
