Eddy’s continues to impress me. I had visited the service counter a couple of times over the years but only just recently considered using a bike for my cardio. Because my experience at the North Olmsted shop was so positive each time, I didn’t hesitate when I was thinking about where to go for a bike. During my latest service appointment the technician was friendly, kind, and conversational, plus extremely quick in helping with my tire.
I believe that the world needs to know when people in the world are doing a great job. This store is a solid spot and, after interactions with several different employees, my experience has been nothing but positive and rewarding. As long as I’m in NE Ohio then Eddy’s will continue to have my business.

There were 2 gents that were there the morning I needed help with a hand-me-down bicycle. They were both very friendly, helpful, but most of all very knowledgeable! Eddy’s Bike Shop is THE place to go for ALL your cycling needs.

We came into to get a new bike and the experience was pleasant and super efficient. It including choosing the bike, adding a new seat, kickstand and water bottle holder. We also brought two bikes to get credit for. This all happened in an hour or less and was very organized and the sale associate was knowledgeable and helpful.
Eddys Bike Shop is fantastic! I have driven past this place for years and now I know why they are an important and long time staple in this area! I finally brought my bike in for tuneup services. I’m so glad that I came in because they have everything in there that you would need for your bike and lots of choices for any type of new bike you may want, even electric bikes. The service staff and mechanics at Eddy's Willoughby Hills are amazing! They are very knowledgeable and do excellent work. I received my bike back in less time than estimated. They called me with questions several times to make sure they were doing exactly what I wanted to tune up my TT bike for my first Ironman race. I highly recommend them for any bike service.
This visit was for tire repair. It was accomplished very efficiently and quickly. The repair was completed so fast that I had to be tracked down by the technician.
