I stopped at your North Olmsted location first, seemed uninterested in helping me, previously had been directed to your location due to a faster turn around time with service. The minute I walked in your door I felt welcomed and was immediately helped, young man I talked to turned me over to Jordan and he was fantastic, listened to my needs and wants, gave me a two week turnaround and that’s what it ended up being. Beyond a five star service, I already told my husband if we need additional service in the future the Rocky River location is where we will be going from now on, even though it’s farther for us
