I am extremely grateful to the folks at Eddy's in North Olmsted for taking such good care of my old Haro bike!! This bike is 25 years old, from my college days. It was well loved by me, my older son, and now my younger son. Unfortunately the derailleur hanger snapped while he was out riding one day. He wanted to try his hand at fixing it, but was unable to. We brought it in to Eddy's in North Olmsted and it was quite a mystery to find a replacement piece because the bike was so old! But they didn't let the challenge stop them. They persisted in finding something that would work and repaired that and the shifters with expert precision and care. I am SO IMPRESSED with their ability to solve this problem and very happy with the service from start to finish - and the bike works great once again! Thank you SO MUCH for your help!!
the service was timely and complete
This was certainly the best experience I had with a bike shop. I brought daughter's bike to be serviced so she can use it for college. My concerns were fixed. Several upgrades were suggested (with no pressure), and salesman added equipment to bike with no extra charge. I was in and out within 20 minutes.
Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable.
