Great service, I felt welcomed and comfortable even though I have very little bike knowledge beyond the bare basics. My only minor complaint is feeling “upsold” at any opportunity. Not high pressure and I know I could just say no. I’m sure everyone is working on commission.

This is my first time doing any kind of bike repair on my own, and the guy checking me out realized I had grabbed the wrong tubes for my tires and went back and swapped them out for the right ones before I could even ask what ones I would actually need. The people here know their stuff!

We were pleased with the services provided from the first time we went in to find that they had a bike that our son wanted but not the color. The associate went online and called their other locations and found the exact bike he wanted. When it was in, we went to pick it up to find that it was a different size than the one we thought we were getting and the seat was too tall for him. A couple of the associates talked and decided that if they cut down the seat bar it would be the perfect height and due to the larger size would last him longer than originally anticipated. It was a win win! Our son is obsessed with his bike and we are happy with the assistance we were given and the problem solving skills to make things work for him. Much appreciated!
