Carter… 10/10. Super helpful without being too pushy. I came in to talk mainly about bike fit and was set on spending 5k on canyons website and ordering a bike. Carter did a fantastic job of talking about bikes around the shop and catching my interest, listening to what I was looking for and guiding me into a sale. Used other associates in the store if he did know the answer do a question and was overall just a greater salesman. Instead of ordering anime online, I spent 5k in your store. I felt like he had a genuine interest in the bikes and enjoys working in the store. I’d 100% return and recommend others to come to the store.

Everything was easy when I walked into Eddy's. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me choose between the two bikes I was considering. When I went in for my first tune up, it was another pleasant experience.

We purchased a new Trek bike from Eddy's Bike Shop in Stow a couple months ago. I brought into their service department this weekend to get an adjustment for the back derailleur. Brian in the service department was very helpful, and efficient as there were several of us in line on a busy Sunday.
