I took multiple bikes in for minor repairs and the repair staff was amazing. Knowledgeable, polite, and amusing. They were able to fix my bikes on the spot to make sure my kids were able to use them in the busy summer months and also recommended a tune-up when the summer ends. I will continue to buy my bikes here mainly because of the staff.
I didnt buy my bikes at Eddy's but use them to service the bikes. I brought 2 bikes in with very different problems hoping to leave with at least ONE of them....... they trouble shooted each bike, found the problems and fixed them while I watched. Super nice service team, took time to explain the issues and what they were going to do to fix it...

I took my recently purchased bike into the service dept at the Darrow road location for a minor adjustment. They were able to promptly make the adjustments and also provided a useful explanation of the symptoms of my bike was experiencing.

Love the bike I purchased on 2025 July 10...TREK FX3. Very comfortable ride, Good gear range; the lowest gear allows easy pedaling up the hill out of RockyRiverReservation up to Detroit. I used to have to walk my old bike up that hill. Shifting between gears is very smooth. The flat handlebar grips are ergonomically comfortable compared to my old bike with drop handlebars allowing for a much more comfortable ride.
Service at Eddy's RockyRiver was excellent. Matt Miller was very knowledgable about the products and attentive to my needs throughout the purchase process, making parting with 1.5K almost painless.
My bike was ready when they said it would be. Kind and knowledgeable staff.
