Visited Eddie's for the first time to purchase a seat cover for my wife's bike. I took it home and the cover was too small. Returned to the store and exchanged it for a new seat. Store staff assisted in removing old seat and replacing with new. Very kind, knowledgeable staff on hand.

We love the service at Eddy’s. I brought my Trek FX2 in because of the brand recall, and also brought my youngest daughter’s hand me down bike for a brake issue. They fixed her bike (not bought there) in a couple of days and for a reasonable price. I also got great advice from them on what size to get my eldest. 10/10 we will keep coming to Eddy’s!
I worked with the manager, Chris. I am not a spontaneous buyer. I check all reviews and several bike stores before making a purchase. It took me a year to finally decide on an ebike. I did buy from Eddies Bike shop because they had the exact bike I researched. I also ended up buying 2 bmx bikes for my grandchildren from Eddies. Again because they were knowledgeable about what they wanted. My next purchase was a bike rack. I have a jeep with a fat tire. Chris went out of his way to make sure I had the correct rack for my needs. He then went over all details I needed to know and put the rack on my jeep. I used the rack today and it was so easy! I just feel he went beyond my expectations. I can’t wait for my husband to want an ebike. I will definitely buy from Eddies bike shop in Stow.

Bought a Yakima bike ramp that did not fit my bikes properly and Eddies had no problem allowing me to return it and get what I needed instead.
Some companies require restocking fees, but they handled it professionally and made everything right.
