First and foremost, the customer service at the Stow facility was the best I've come across in a long time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help me. Second, they have everything you could need there. I haven't been in there since I was a teen. Now, about 20 years later, I'm blown away by the place. This will definitely be my go to place for anything cycling. I was struggling to attach a trailer for my kids to the back of my bike, they came outside, looked at it, took it inside and got to work. All I needed was a $20 part. They put it on for me at no charge, and I was on my way. It was great.

i love how quickly my bike was serviced. I was expecting a long wait, they seems very busy when I visted to drop off my bike. Withing a few days I got text saying my bike was ready for pickup the people there was very knowledgeable and friendly thanks!
