Sorry that I can't remember the name of the guy who worked on my bike. I brought it in to have a flat tire repaired and new rear brake pads installed. He offered to get it done right away but since I had other errands to do and I didn't want to leave it on my bike rack during the heavy rain we had July 20, I told him to keep it and I would pick it up the next day. He called me to point out a couple other things that needed to be done (rear tire had a sidewall cut and something on a derailleur needed replaced). The bike was ready to go when I arrived about 30 minutes later.
Both are excellent!
Your staff has been willing to do simple fixes like changing inner tunes, putting air in our tires and fixing toe clips right when we come in whi h we really appreciate.

Repair service on my bike was very good. I had previously taken it to another shop for 2 issues, neither of which had been resolved. I brought it to Eddy's and they were able to resolve both issues for me. They also spotted another issue that I wasn't aware of.
