Quick turnaround on bike pedal switch
I googled this place, knowing I didn't know how to change the innertube on my son's bike, so I took the wheel in and went straight to the service desk 30 minutes before closing. They had it done within 10 minutes. They were super friendly, and the cost of fixings was super reasonable. They were my sons' and my life savers. You guys are the true superheroes when it comes to bikes!

Excellent purchasing experience at Eddys Willoughby Hills location. Jeff B. assisted me for at least an hour to find the right bike for my needs. Jeff was patient with me in helping me demo at least 6 different styles of bikes to try to find one that would help me get back into cycling after 20 years without owning a bike. He detailed the pros/cons of each style and specs of each range and did not try to sell me something I did not want or were not interested in. Ultimately I purchased a Trek Verve 2 and several accessories to help me on my cycling journey. Overall, the staff and selection at Eddys Willoughby Hills were excellent and fit my needs. The only potential downside for someone similar to myself would be if you are looking for something other than a Trek bike or Trek affiliated accessories (ie Giro/Bontrager) you will likely need to look elsewhere; however if you can’t find something to meet your needs here, you probably can’t find it anywhere else locally in Cleveland anyway. I’ll definitely be back for additional purchases.
Your service is second to none, I keep driving from Brecksville because of the great service, and we have a bile shop just down the road. Not that there shop is bad because it's not. Eddies just goes above and beyond everyone else.
Great sales team and the techs had us out quickly with a new bike purchase for our son. He loves his new Trek Marlin Mountain Bike.
I had zero issues ordering my bike on Eddys website. Waiting for the bike to be delivered and for them to put together. I have been to two of the stores (Rocky River & N Olmsted) and everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately they didn’t have my bike I wanted on display. No worries. I ordered it and I am sure it will be great once I receive it.
Service is 10/10! Needs met while I’m browsing the floor but not too much pressure from the team either which I really appreciate. Love the passion for biking from the team—you can see everyone wants to be there and everyone has their own connection to biking. Some pro cyclists, some more leisurely, some mountain bikers which helps to feel represented.
Only bummer was last time I was in the accessories options were a little bare—would love to see more options/fun stuff!

Was initially very concerned about the transition from Century to Eddy's. Came in the store with a flat tire and Matt took great care of me--he is the one who sold me my bike 3 years ago. Also met Zack, the store manager who was very nice and explained their plans for the rocky river location. Looking forward to continuing build my relationship with Eddys!!!
