The whole process from start to finish was seem less. They even installed a rack on a new bike that we purchased which they didn’t have to do but they did. That kind of service goes a long way. I remember the old store on the corner years ago and it’s no wonder they are doing so well.

Great team at Eddy's to discuss viability and costs of fixing broken bike I brought in versus replacing the bike with a higher quality bike with just a minimal difference in the cost. No sales pressure, just simply stating the facts, discussing the options and then recommending a reasonable priced bike that will last our fast-growing grandson for many years. They walked through the proper sizing assessment of our grandson to make sure we purchased a bike for now and for a while in the future since Trek makes a multitude of bike sizes. They professionally prepared the bike and made minor adjustments to make sure the derailer, brakes and all of the features worked properly. I would highly recommend Eddy's to anyone who is looking to purchase a quality bike that will last for years rather than the cheaper general warehouse bicycles that are being sold.

Was looking for a bike trunk bag. My bike rack is unique and I wanted to make sure it would fit. My bike was on my car bike rack. The person behind the counter was great said let’s go outside to seat how it works out before I did my purchase. It worked out perfectly. I can’t wait to go back to the store to shop for more items! Eddie’s bike shop did a complete assessment of my 12 year old Trek and recommended is was time for new cables, chain and what ever else they could do to return the bike into tip top condition. I now have another 10-12 years on the bike.

I've been biking forever, but had never been to Eddy's until earlier this year. I came in to ask some questions about a steel framed touring bike. After consulting with your staff, they helped me pick a Surly Disc Trucker. When I went to pick it up, they helped me get an expert fit. I stopped again this week to have them install a bike rack on the back of the bike. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. I will be back often.
