Fantastic follow through and communication. I brought my wife's Triathlon bike and some new Shimano parts in for service and one of the parts had an issue that seemed to stem from Shimano. They could have easily said they can't do the repair and had me address the issue with Shimano myself since I didn't buy the part from them. However, they put a warranty claim in, got the new part and performed the service. Excellent Customer Service and Steven was fantastic.
