Customer Testimonials
Great bike service center. Staff there are welcoming, pleasant, knowledgeable and skilled. Took my commuter bike in for a standard service visit and they fixed it up like new. I am extremely satisfied with Eddy's Bike Shop - Willoughby Hills.
I stopped in to get training wheels for my grandson's bike. It was discovered that the bike was too big for the training wheels so they refunded my purchase and took off the pedals and lowered the seat for free. I was told that once he was able to keep his balance on the bike to bring the pedals back and they will put them back on for free. What a wonderful place. I will do all my bike business with them from now on.
The people are very helpful, professional and friendly. They took all the time needed to answer my questions and set me up with a bike fit for me. Kaylee and Matt were especially helpful and great to work with and I am happy with the Trek bike.
Andrew was very helpful and knew his bikes and accessories. I had a lot of questions!
Extremely helpful
Very courteous and not looking to take your money for extra service
It’s an old school feel and awesome service. Those guys there are great. Will definitely be back!
Great products and prices, knowledgeable
sales people that take time to help customers with their needs and wants.
Tristan answered every question, put me in a setup that really fit me, and took the time to share his honest experience with each part of my new setup.
Chris, Anthony, and all of the crew were great with my kids. They fitted our family of 5 and were gracious as our kids tried out their bikes riding around the store.
Tristan is the guy to see for your new MTB or XC rig. Knowledgeable, intelligent and professional.
Thanks Tristan and Crew!

Excellent customer service and good quality bikes!
I always went to what is now Eddie’s in Rocky River when it was Century Cycles. I knew the people that worked there and bought several bikes over the years as well as apparel, shoes, and accessories. I was glad to see the same great people I have known for many years still there with the same great lines of products I had come to know!
Excellent products and very knowledgeable employees
John at the Fairlawn store greeted me when I entered the store even though he was working with other customers. He answered all my questions and gave me my options. I ended up purchasing a bike that day. Thank you.
Eddy's is a one-stop bike shop for both sales and service. The bike selection is vast to fit the needs of every type of rider, from enthusiast to expert. They even have a great selection of accessories, including racks. The pricing is very competitive and the employees are most knowledgeable. Grateful for all of the help and support at Eddy's!

I like that they are open earlier that all the other bike shops. I needed to fix a flat and they did it fast. I was able to meet my friends for our bike ride with just a little delay.
