I've been biking forever, but had never been to Eddy's until earlier this year. I came in to ask some questions about a steel framed touring bike. After consulting with your staff, they helped me pick a Surly Disc Trucker. When I went to pick it up, they helped me get an expert fit. I stopped again this week to have them install a bike rack on the back of the bike. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. I will be back often.

First and foremost, the customer service at the Stow facility was the best I've come across in a long time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help me. Second, they have everything you could need there. I haven't been in there since I was a teen. Now, about 20 years later, I'm blown away by the place. This will definitely be my go to place for anything cycling. I was struggling to attach a trailer for my kids to the back of my bike, they came outside, looked at it, took it inside and got to work. All I needed was a $20 part. They put it on for me at no charge, and I was on my way. It was great.

Was looking for a bike trunk bag. My bike rack is unique and I wanted to make sure it would fit. My bike was on my car bike rack. The person behind the counter was great said let’s go outside to seat how it works out before I did my purchase. It worked out perfectly. I can’t wait to go back to the store to shop for more items!
