The staff took the time to go over my questions and to dial in the correct fit. I brought the bike back for a minor adjustment a week after purchase and they immediately had a mechanic make a micro adjustment while I waited. Overall, a very pleasant experience

Well, I set up my indoor bike trainer the same day I bought it and started Zwifting. I love that I can ride my bike indoors this winter.
