Fraiser assisted me in choosing and purchasing a rack for my bike. He was a pleasure with whom to work, and knew the pluses and minuses of each of the models. We found the model that fit my vehicle and he was kind enough to install it for me and showed me the proper way to do so. When I closed the hatch of the car on my head sustaining a cut he was right there and calmly provided expert triage with a towel, ice and a bandage. He's very impressive as a salesman, a "medic" and a good person to boot. Notwithstanding the cut to my head, the whole experience was a very good one. The rack I purchased is great, and knowing how to install it competently and cautiously is a real plus.

Drew was extremely helpful with our purchase of a bike rack for our car that would hold an ebike and a touring bike. He compared the features of a couple of them and showed us exactly how to operate it - even mounted the same model ebike that I have to show how it would get clamped in. Everyone in the store is always very easy to work with.
