The store staff was great to work with. No pressure, good recommendations, and very personable. Walked in early afternoon on a Sunday with a bike in mind and was able to leave the store with it in no time at all. The mechanic doing the final check work set up the bike great for my son. Felt really dialed in on his first technical ride.
Craig checked out the bike and did a great job of estimating what it would cost for the tuneup, etc. Craig was there when I picked it up 24 hours later and Joe helped me easily drop off the front tire and put it in the back of my car. Great service and with smiles. Thanks I know that I’ll be back. I bought my bike at Eddie’s in North Olmsted and will continue servicing my bike in the same location.

My 2018 Trek Slash 9.7 had a severely dented rear wheel and sliced tire. They found the perfect match for both. They quoted a price which I payed when ordering. They mounted the tubeless tire and gave me a refund of $32 because some of the parts came with the wheel. I am verry pleased with their friendliness and integrity.
