I have had 110% positive experiences with the repair shop at Eddies. They rebuilt my Trek X1 Cyclocross bike so it is like new -- new front sprocket/pedals/derailer -- new tires and handlebar tape -- awesome! They also added a new shift/brake assembly to my Trek mountain bike and a new tire -- excellent work at a reasonable price.

I took multiple bikes in for minor repairs and the repair staff was amazing. Knowledgeable, polite, and amusing. They were able to fix my bikes on the spot to make sure my kids were able to use them in the busy summer months and also recommended a tune-up when the summer ends. I will continue to buy my bikes here mainly because of the staff.
I didnt buy my bikes at Eddy's but use them to service the bikes. I brought 2 bikes in with very different problems hoping to leave with at least ONE of them....... they trouble shooted each bike, found the problems and fixed them while I watched. Super nice service team, took time to explain the issues and what they were going to do to fix it...

I took my recently purchased bike into the service dept at the Darrow road location for a minor adjustment. They were able to promptly make the adjustments and also provided a useful explanation of the symptoms of my bike was experiencing.
Anthony did a great job and taught me all about my new road bike and got me all setup! Highly recommend!
