Wide variety of bikes and accessories. Good service- an employee assembled a trainer for me and showed me how to put my bike in.
My bike repair was done well, but I did not receive a call that it was ready for pick-up. I called 10 days after the “ promised date”, but was told I would get a call when it was ready. After three weeks of waiting past the projected pick -up date, I stopped in to see its status, and it was ready after all.
Service usually makes all repairs while I wait, whenever possible. They offer a greater variety of higher-end accessories.
Everything but I especially like the customer service it is consistent across stores!

Our bike rack broke on our way to CVNP, so we searched for a bike shop online. Google sent us to Eddie’s and we were glad it did. We had a great salesperson who was super knowledgeable and explained all the options. We were in a hurry, so he sold us one that was already assembled. We had a great experience, and our bikes now can get home to New York with us. Thanks!

I’ve used Eddy’s repeatedly this spring and summer for a series of unfortunate flat tires. The last time I came in, I asked if I could learn how to change my flat by myself so if I’m out on the road alone I could help myself. They showed me right away. They didn’t have to do that, but they did. This type of customer service is a lost art and I deeply appreciated it.

The major repair on my bike completed in December 2024 was good. But, when I started riding in the Spring, I realized the rear wheel was left misaligned as a result of the repair. I brought the bike back in and they immediately rectified the situation at no cost. The bike is now in tip top shape! Thanks, Eddy’s!
THE WORKSHOP ON THE FIRST FLOOR IS SO CONVENIEN TO HAVE BIKE REPAIR ESTIMATED IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER.

Very helpful advice, sold me a product that I really liked, went well beyond the call of duty.
Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. There were a few people in line in front of me, and I observed the service and sales personnel interacting with a wide range of knowledge bases with each customer. (Seemingly, semi-pro riders and then us who haven't been on a bike in years.) My son and I felt good talking with people and very welcome. He's five, and the service person engaged with him, and it was a pleasure to be there.
