I needed a Razor Drift Trike assembled for my son.
This product is usually used for casual stunt riding but my son is disabled. He’s not doing stunts. He also is unable to ride a standard bicycle.
He does have an adapted bike but it is impossible for me to transport. Since his dad died he has been unable to ride at all.
But this trike does work for both him as a regular ride. It works for me because it is small and light enough to fit in my car.
Other bike shops refused to work on it.
This shop not only helped me but gave me a discount from a standard bike assembly.

I needed help replacing battery in my TCU for my Specialized E-Bike. The staff was very helpful and got my bike fixed. They also put new pedals on. They took care of everything right away.

I live in Sagamore Hills and Eddy's in Stow is definitely not the closest bike shop but I've been going there for decades because I've never had a bad experience. Whether I'm shopping for a new bike or in need of basic maintenance or repairs, everyone I've ever spoken to at that location to has been friendly, knowledgable, and extraordinarily patient.
It was a simple event. I had a flat tire they used expert knowledge to put a new innertube in. requested additional one for the likely event it will occur again. SOVED .... Super simple quick and used apple pay didn't even need my wallet...
