The staff were very nice and super helpful when I needed to diagnose the issues with my 5-year old’s bike. They made the necessary adjustments quickly and advised of some mechanical issues with the bike that needed to addressed and provided me with honest information when thinking of repairing the bike.
I had done some research prior to coming into the store, but the sales associates were still very helpful in making sure I was getting the correct bicycle for my situation. Very easy process from start to finish. I am appreciative of the technician going above and beyond to make sure that the bicycle I purchased was assembled and presented in a top notch way. I'm a very inexperience cycler who agreed to ride a section of the GAP trail very last minute! I was leaving early the morning after visiting your shop, so the staff didn't have time in the schedule to install the luggage rack I purchased. Erik offered to help install it himself at the end of the day if I wasn't able to get help from my son. Erik was also very informative and helped me select items I'd likely need without over-selling. I really appreciate his patience & expertise!

Andrew is the most knowledgeable manager I have ever met. I have been riding over 40 yrs and I have to say he is the 1%. From the big picture down to the smallest details Andrew has a highly trained staff and i truly believe it’s because of his leadership. I have already referred a friend and she purchased the Trail 429 the same day! I love this bike shop and Andrew sets the bar!
