Eddy's had the stock on hand to allow me to try multiple bikes to help me make my decision. It saved running around town. The staff took the time to go over my questions and to dial in the correct fit. I brought the bike back for a minor adjustment a week after purchase and they immediately had a mechanic make a micro adjustment while I waited. Overall, a very pleasant experience
