Love the bike I purchased on 2025 July 10...TREK FX3. Very comfortable ride, Good gear range; the lowest gear allows easy pedaling up the hill out of RockyRiverReservation up to Detroit. I used to have to walk my old bike up that hill. Shifting between gears is very smooth. The flat handlebar grips are ergonomically comfortable compared to my old bike with drop handlebars allowing for a much more comfortable ride.
Service at Eddy's RockyRiver was excellent. Matt Miller was very knowledgable about the products and attentive to my needs throughout the purchase process, making parting with 1.5K almost painless.

I ordered size 46 cycling shoes online to pick up in store. The website said that the shoes were in stock. I placed my order and went in the next day to pick them up. I really needed shoes because I had left my shoes somewhere else and was not going to get them back for a few weeks at the least. I drove across town to come pick up the shoes only to find that the shoes were not in the store and no one had called me to say that your order is not ready for pick up. While the gentleman that helped me at the store was really nice the situation Lacked empathy. I ended up going with a size 45 shoe that they had in stock but honestly, I really needed the 46 and the 45 now feels like a waste of money as it is not as comfortable as of 46 would be.
I brought a bike in (not bought from Eddy’s) that need adjustments… staff helped with no questions and fixed right away with no charge! Very friendly!!
