He is very knowledgeable and provided thorough explanations regarding bike sizing , various bike features and differences between various bike models and accessory recommendations . He was patient and answered all my questions and made sure the bike I ultimately chose was fitted properly. I also appreciate the ability to test ride several bikes in a large paved area at the North Olmsted location prior to purchase which allowed me to be comfortable with my decision knowing I made the right bike choice for me

Your staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about your product and willing to educate those of us who aren’t as savvy. They don’t talk down to you or make you feel “stupid” when asking questions that are common knowledge to them. This is greatly appreciated by me and I’m would imagine many other consumers.

We were also able to make our purchase on Saturday and then pick them up on Sunday. Everything about the experience was great! Shop with people who know their products!

I was in a hurry to get a bike for my daughter's birthday and the bike techs at Eddy's helped me out by quickly installing training wheels and doing a full inspection even though they were busy with other orders. They originally told me it would take a couple of hours, but when I explained my situation they gave me priority and got me out in a half an hour. I really appreciate their friendly and understanding staff, as well as the pride and attention to detail they offer their customers, and will be back for other equipment in the future.

I can't think of the tech's name but he took the time to try to figure out why I had my 3rd flat tire in a short period but also had me watch him tear it down and diagnose the problem. Then went out of his way to prevent this from happening again.
