Good service, friendly staff. I found it unusual that I had to pay in advance for services. The service was only $115 but I don't know that I would pay a larger amount. Generally, work gets done and then paid for if it is satisfactory

I was pleased with the whole process. I knew what bike I wanted and that I needed a car rack...I didn't know anything beyond that. Erik showed me things and explained them all. He showed me how to use everything that I purchased and how to care for them. He helped put rack on car so that I knew exactly what each piece was for and where it went. It was an experience that I enjoyed and I learned a lot!! I'm looking forward to having a great time with my new investment...thanks Eddy's and Erik!!!

This is not a complaint just an observation. I went to service and there was a service person helping a customer. He obviously saw me but ignored me. Hence, I assumed another service man was probably on break. I waited at least 10 minutes for the service man to finish w/ his customer and acknowledge my presence. I now realize he was apparently alone. My recommendation at that moment is for the service person to acknowledge a customer and tell her/him that he is going to be awhile and will get to me as soon as possible. I never said a word and the service person was very accommodating and friendly when he got to me.
Just acknowledging a person’s obvious presence would be the polite thing to do. Even when the previous customer left, the customer grabbed my arm and congratulated me for remaining silent. Just for the record, the service gent was indeed very friendly, informative, and helpful. I would go back to him in a split second. The delay was not paperwork, it was helping a customer understand needed repairs which he excelled at! I am simply suggesting that if service person cannot help a waiting customer that a simple, this may take 10 or 15 minutes before I can help you sir. Write first name down and intercom that person after he is through w/ first customer.
