Stopped at the Eddys shop in Fairlawn to see if they had any hitch mount bike racks to hold two e-bikes. The sales person there was super experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me the perfect rack for my needs. He thoroughly explained the features, benefits and operation of the rack. The price was in line with the best prices for that same rack online. The best part was it was already assembled and ready to go. Sold! I’ve purchased other things from Eddys before - one of their used rental bikes, helmet, headlight/tail light sets, and bike repair tools. I highly recommend Eddys

When I visited, I as looking for a specific Trek but was not sure if it was in stock. Bob helped me out and did a great job. He was very informative and patient with me. He searched the system and explained why that bike may not be in stock. Turns out it was in the shop and ready to go. Bob also showed me different accessories and explained functions of items I had asked about. It was my first time visiting Eddys, and though I’m not an avid cyclist, I will definitely be returning next time I need something bicycle related.
