This is my second Trek bike purchase from Eddy's Bike Shop. They were able to get the model and color I wanted and I'm very pleased with their service.

5/5 recommend, just do a little research parts if you can first. I had gone in to fix my bmx, service was super quick. I got a very quick inspection(not guaranteed, if they are busy). They recommended all the parts I'd need, I chose what I wanted to purchase and I was in and out within minutes. I will add on that there was a few problems when I went in to pick up my bike. I picked up my bike, test rode it outside, and heard a clicking noise, took it back. I had them check it out, and they kept it overnight. The next day, they told me they thought they fixed it; therefore they kept it another night. Once I came in again they found out it was just my chain that was the problem. The chain i had asked for was not compatible with my bike. So it was not their fault, we got it replaced with a different chain and worked amazing. Thanks Eddy's!

Ron was so helpful and kind. We were clueless about what we were looking for, and he helped us find a bicycle within our price range and with all the features we needed. Plus, the bicycle with all the added accessories we purchased installed was ready to pick up within two hours. Overall so thrilled with our experience and we will be lifelong customers.
