My 2017 Specialized Roubaix had/has a problem with the headset/bearings. The technician who called explained the issue very clearly and provided two options. While trying to decide, he put me on hold, got more info and helped me make an informed choice. He seemed to make the extra effort when it wasn't required. I appreciate that.
(I still have an unresolved problem with my headset bearings, but that's a global supply chain issue.)

I like that they always fix my bike for me even if its something as small as air in the tires or a handle bar needing re-positioned, the guys at Eddies bike shop ALWAYS fix it.
I leave with a working bike and a HUGE smile on my face and to me my happiness is most important, and the guys make sure of that.
I hopefully can purchase a newer Trek bike soon and guess what?

I blew a tire and brought in bike. I think it was Jonathan that helped me… nice as could be. He said it would be 10 days -2 weeks. I explained I was riding in VeloSano ( ride for Cancer) on the 11th. Got a call the following day that it was done!
