Your service people were very knowledgeable. And explained everything that was going to be taken care of with my bike. It turned out very good. I do have one complaint though, it would be very good if you have someone to accompany your customer to and from their cars to make sure they have no problem with removing their or putting them back into their cars. I know that this is a courticy but it would be helpful.

These guys know their products well! I needed to replace my aluminum 2 dirt bike rack with a smaller, light weight one to hook on my SUV. They showed me two that would be what I was looking for, then ordered the one I liked to come in that week to their store. I bought it for my electric mountain bikes and it is perfect!

We were on an out of state trip to Ohio with our bike group. I had a breakdown on my bike when we were in Berlin Ohio so I needed the part before our next ride at our next campground location in Streetsboro Ohio. I called Eddie's as it was the nearest Trek dealer to our new destination campsite on wednesday and they special ordered the part from Trek in Wis. The part arrived in Stow on Friday in time for me to install the part and ride with the group again on Saturday morning first thing.

Went looking for a ebike hitch rack. You had more on display then any other bike shop we had looked at. The man helping us went out of his way to unbox one we were interested in and showed it to us. We bought it, have not tried it out yet. But should be as sturdy and able to carry them without any worries. Thank You.

The service, overall variety, and size of the store is the biggest selling points for Eddys. All bike shops carry relatively the same products. The service and variety separates Eddy’s from many bike shops.
Prompt service and good advice for a novice bicyclist. Prices were average for product but the comfort of having in house back up service available and advice makes it way better than purchasing on line. Guys in the shop were professional and hAD GOOD ADVICE.

Always great service at the North Olmsted store. I called to get my bike repaired and was quoted about 3-4 weeks. Requested two as I was taking the bike out of town. They accomodated. Frank was great when I picked the bike up as I had a few questions. I've been going there for last 20 or so years.
