I took my shoes in because my Speedplay cleats were falling apart after many years of service. Josh was able to find new cleats and said he would install them if I wished. Of course I wished! I expected to leave my shoes there for a day or two, it was wretched weather so I didn’t mind. I was surprised when he asked if I could wait for about ten minutes. I did, and when he returned from that mysterious “in the back” I thought I had new shoes. Not only were the cleats installed, but he had polished and buffed them. They looked so nice I almost don’t want to wear them and get them dirty! Good man, Josh.

2025 Season starts rough with the gravel bike getting clapped out at a torrential Blackfork. I worry a lot less once the guys in the shop work their magic - actually it’s their knowledge, experience, and skills, but Eddys is the best service department by far. I trust them to get my bikes race ready again. Always top notch work!
My family has been going to Eddy’s bike store since 1990 and the Willoughby store since it has opened. We have purchased a handful of bikes and accessories and I must say that the staff are always friendly and helpful, my most recent visit was for my concern of neck pain during a longer ride.Anthony suggested I try the Redshift for the handle bars which would bring the bars a bit higher and a bit closer and also absorb a lot of the shock from bumpy trails. Wow! What a game changer, just got back from a 30 mile ride no pain.
Absolutely love this Redshift and will continue to be a loyal customer of Eddy’s.
