You guys have a great stock of bikes and I was able to buy the model and size I was looking for without ordering. Tom was the salesman helping me and he was very knowledgeable on Trek products. He was patient with some of my potentially naive questions and never made me feel awkward. After placing the order the pick up day a few days later was great. Tom spent over an hour with me, first on the trainer and then outside helping get the bike setup to my liking and explaining what was normal and potential pros and cons of deviating.
At the end of the day, I am very happy with my purchase and the whole experience. I have yet to ride my new bike much due to the weather but as we move more into spring I am looking forward to getting out with my buddies and showing off my new ride. (Hopefully it will be more comfortable than my old Bianchi!)
