Friendly and knowledgeable staff. In this day and age where not many people want to work. It was refreshing to see 4 employees moving like they had a purpose. Eddy's is great! I have taken my bike in there a couple of times for repair (of my own fault) and everyone on the staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful. They'll make adjustments right there on the spot, and have a quick turnaround time if they need to order parts. I highly recommend this shop!

The staff at several locations searched for the particular bike I wanted, made sure they actually had it and had it tuned up and ready for a test ride by the time I got there.john (Montrose location) was very helpful explaining features of the bike and getting me the few accessories I needed. I would highly recommend Eddy's to friends.

We stopped in Saturday for the first time and we're amazed with the selection. Tom was our salesman and he's an encyclopedia of information on every bike in the store. We started out looking at regular TREK bikes, then we took a pair of the TREK E-Bike's for a test ride. What a nice bike and Tom answered every question my wife and I had with absolutely no pressure to buy. Needless to say we ended up with two of the TREK VERVE+3 E-Bikes. If you need a new bike Eddy's is the place.
