Service is always friendly, efficient, done right. I brought my road bike in yesterday to have the derailer & gearing checked yesterday. The busy repair staff made a spot for me & did what turned out to be a somewhat more complex fix than I expected (derailer out of alignment) while I wandered around & chatted with staff. Repair staff kept me informed throughout & fixed it right. And, to my surprise, no charge. Since I bought the bike there (& several others too). Very pleased. My go-to bike shop.
