You install it and explain how it works
The associate who took my bike service request worked well with me to get the proper drivetrain components, new bar tape, and adjustments on my 18 year old clyclocross bike. After a lengthy test ride after servicing my bike I was pleasantly pleased that my 18 year old bike shifted and braked as good or better than it was when brand new in 2005.
Every time I’ve gone to the shop, everyone has been so helpful and knowledgeable!

Mango was great! I had been in there before to get my some pegs for his new bike and there wasn’t anything memorable about my visit. However when I took my son up there because we needed to get a repair done we had a great experience! Mango was very helpful and talked to me about some of the things we can repair and replace on my sons bike. I will definitely be back and I am super happy that I had a great experience

Fair prices and super friendly customer experience
you put new tires on my very old bike which I asked you to do and didn't act like anything else needs fixing. That's what I wanted to hear. The guys were knowledgeable and friendly. They promptly got to me when my bike was ready. It was a good experience and I will recommend them.

Professionalism top to bottom. I’ve been riding bikes for over 60 years. Built them, rebuilt them, now just care to ride ‘em. When I need something done or just have a question Eddy’s is the only shop I’ll go to. If you’re over 50 and want to get back in the bike riding game, go see the folks at Eddy’s Bike Shop.
Excellent work fixing an issue another bike shop attempted to fix. Service and communication from Eddy's was EXCELLENT! It's an hour for me to drive to Stow but well worth the trip. I should have gone there to begin with and saved myself a lot of time and trouble - and money.
