We know it is a challenging time for bike shops and services. We took my 5 year old Specialized in to Eddy's , where I bought it , when I broke a cable this weekend. I am riding in my first 5 Boros charity ride in New York City next weekend and really need it fixed. In spite of a shop full of bikes for service and (very) few for sale, they were pretty sure they could get it done by Friday. Meanwhile, we looked around, and my husband found gloves he had not been able to get online and a bike pack that he could measure and fit right there and a new bike rack with trays we had been thinking of getting. It was in stock at Eddy's. Stuff we needed from a local bike shop. Yippee! My $27 repair ended up over $1000. But I have faith they will get my repair done by Friday.🤞

The selection of products at Eddy’s (as limited as some of the products are at this time due to the pandemic) is heads and shoulders above other bike shops. If Eddy’s doesn’t have it, they will get it or suggest a great alternative to what you’re looking for. Everything I’ve purchased from Eddy’s is of the highest quality and built to withstand the most rigorous of use.
The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable of their products and if there are any questions they aren’t sure of they will go out of their way to get you the most accurate of information.
I love the fact that as you walk in you are greeted with a smile, a hello and a “how can we help you today?” You genuinely feel welcome.

Very please with my Verve 2+ e bike. The bike is very comfortable. It rides smooth. Tom explained all about the bike in full detail. Took a lot of time to make sure I was comfortable. Went through , in full about the bike , the maintenance, service, etc.
