The staff were friendly and helpful. We came in to see about an ebike for my 13 year old son, and Joey took the time to educate about the legal considerations for the different classes of ebikes and helped me to convince my son that getting one where the throttle could be disabled until he is older was the right approach. Pickup of the bike as great too. The rep took the time to assist with helmet fit, installing the trackinig device and bottle clip, and lodading into the car. Thanks for the great service.

I also then decided to shop for a new gravel bike and came in with what felt like a million questions. Not only did the team patiently answer every single one, but they also took the time to educate me, explain my options, and ensure I felt confident in my decision.
What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about finding the right bike for me, not just making a sale.Chris, "Mac," took the time to try a few bikes to decide which is best for me. Their inventory was massive, giving me plenty of options to compare and test. The staff helped fit me to the bike (and I even met the owner, Jimmy, who was an impressive cyclist and helped me a ton), made adjustments, and ensured everything felt right before I left. Their knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were second to none.
As someone who spends a lot of time training, competing, and reviewing fitness equipment, I can honestly say this was one of the best retail experiences I've had in a long time. The entire team went above and beyond, and it was clear they were passionate about cycling and helping people succeed.
