Service tech Craig seems very knowledgeable. Drew managed a warranty item on or Trek ebikes so our broken fender was covered. Some of the sales people answering the phone or questions in the store could be trained better on customer service, professionalism and follow through with messages left with them.

Been buying bikes, tires, accessories etc for over 12 years. The people are great and so is the selection of everything I’ve ever needed. A quick drop in to have my tires checked recently after picking up something I have never seen before on the tires was taken care of quickly. Eddie’s in Rocky River is my go to local bike shop!
The store was laid out nicely and very clean. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
The young man who waited on me was excellent.Ibrought my bike in because my back brake was broken and front brake needed adjustment.I told attendant I really didn’t want to leave bike because I could still ride it but with caution.He said he could do it now and would be only 15 minutes wait. I told him if I could go to cafe he wouldn’t be pressured , I came back maybe 45 minutes later bike all fixed.I was very happy now I could ride without fear of crashing.He was into not there when I came back so I could thank him.
I also wanted to mention the gentleman with his dog when I came in.He was very friendly and he got my bike out of hatchback and wheeled into store. There was another very helpful person who wheeled my bike back to parking lot and into hatchback which I’m very grateful for as it’s a real effort for me to do it,

Had a flat tire. A new tire and tube were installed. The service was fast and friendly I was very satisfied. Good job.
Stopped in unannounced to see if we could get a new valve stem. The service mechanic got the old one to work, put air in each tire and greased the chain. He would not accept payment for his services.
