knowledgeable about cycles
A lot of choices for bikes. Very helpful staff.
Apparently, Eddys keeps experienced techs! Same head mechanic year after year. Proven diagnostic ability instead of just some new kid that replaces parts. Solved my problem without fuss.
helpful and friendly when we needed help to work on a chain at home and needed to buy parts
I went up to look at a surly mountain bike. I was intending on using it as an all around bike; mostly paths, some dirt. The sizing wasn't right for me. As Frank helped me we looked at many bikes. Including him bringing out a few bikes from the back. We talked about my C spine injury and he recommended a hybrid. Honestly, I have to admit it, I do need a hybrid. I didn't need a mountain bike. Something with the high handle bars that gets me upright. I left with a Giant Cypress. I am glad. The front suspension, seat suspension, adjustable handlebars that are also high, really make a difference for my neck. It was a couple hundred cheaper than the surly. He said if I wanted the surly, he would sell it to me no problem. He wanted to make sure i found the right fit. I appreciate that. It is hard to find real service these days. Frank nailed it.
Very friendly, very quick, very good. I always feel the mechanics are great at explaining in detail any work that needs to be done, a realistic expectation of their backlog, and always do really great work. I never hesitate to recommend the shop to anyone looking to have work done on their bike. Thank you so much!
Very friendly, fast, and affordable.
Excellent customer service
The salesman was very helpful and understanding. I just needed a more comfortable seat. I was surprised to see how much there is to just a seat. They even filled my tires at no cost. Great experience!
Wide selection of the items any cyclist would need.
Steve walked me through each bike and how it differed. Helped me get the right one!
Always kind and courteous. Very knowledgeable and they take care of things in a timely manner.
The people I have dealt with at the Rocky River store were very nice and professional.
Everything was great! Frank helped a lot with my bike choice and made sure I had the right size. He helped too with a trade-in!
Good, informed service people.
Tom was very helpful with all of our questions. He took the time to check into multiple things and we left feeling that we had all of our questions answered.
I always get good guidance on mechanical issues with my road and triathlon bike. In particular for the most recent tune up, Steve trouble shot options to fix a seat post that was sliding down. He gave me different options and timelines for the fix and communicated well.
I also like the vibe in the Rocky River shop. It's a great place to visit even when I don't have an issue with my bike...new remodel looks good also!
Great service, great selection of bikes and gear. Very happy with our experience getting gear bikes for our 9 and 10 year old boys.
It feels good knowing that you can always go there to get things fixed on your bicycle. They’re so knowledgeable and so helpful.
Very comprehensive inventory of products in Stow somewhat limited in Fairlawn and non existent in Medina. Help!
Everything is nice, neat, and organized. The staff are friendly, and not pushy. The prices seem reasonable.
