Really like Eddy's products - your shops always have high- quality merchandise at what seems to be a reasonable price. And we know we can find real expertise there as well.
However, I would say that your sales staff should have a strong appreciation for prospective customers who walk through the door. If met with personnel who are behaving in a lackadaisical, disinterested manner, that hardly inspires confidence or desire to do business there. Just for the record.

I was walking into the store even though we showed up late. Our person didn’t let me get there till later in the evening. They still took the time to help us pick a bike for my son. It’s nice walking to the store and everyone is knowledgeable about the product. And you’re comfortable buying what you need I think it’s awesome that a store is still own operate here in Ohio by Ohioans. I appreciate the time they spent with us. When I returned to pick up the bike, it was actually ready to go. The customer service is impeccable.

In person service beats buying a bike online any day. I had a patient, knowledgeable, and friendly sales rep help me with identifying the type of bike I was looking for, explained features and technical details, demonstrated how to take the wheel off, was knowledgeable about store policies, handled the trade in of my old bike, the bike was sized and fitted for me, the bike was already put together and tuned up - ready to ride!, and the accessories I wanted to keep were transferred to the new bike for me. I was appreciative that our sales rep was so knowledgeable.
