I like the personal touch - oh I can go to bike shop and make an over the counter purchase only to figure out on my own how to make it work, whereas with Eddies youse guys answer question on how stuff works and will assist on request. Don’t see that kind of service these days
Have always been very helpful and a returning customer over other shops! Prices are good but customer service I think is top notch! Some of the other shops made me feel like I was inconveniencing them as yours did not!

I had to wait for my bike delivery due to a factory delay and the staff kept me informed regarding the status and made every attempt to get me my bike as soon as possible. Chris Bednar was my sales person. He was very knowledgeable about the best bike for me when I explained my needs.

Always well stocked. Still concerned about a recent service job, where the solution to a slipping gear, was to tighten the screw to the shifter(?) Now, it is harder to shift and it still slips. The rule here is to question results.
