The staff is always very friendly, engaging and displays no snobbery, puffery or disdain. The honest mien of the salesmen with whom I dealt engendered confidence in the shop and its fine products. The 90 day check up was honored, even though it was more like 300 days since purchasing the bicycle. While the bike is heavy duty, it is comfortable.
