Very good service. They took care of a recall listed for a part on my bike that I had no idea was under recall. I thought that was a cool that they took the time to tell me about that cause they stay up on details. It's not always easy to find shops that offer service like that. I would definitely recommend Eddy's bike shop in Stow to anyone looking for a shop that has customer service as a priority.
