Came in with what I thought was a bigger and more expensive issue. They were truthful and showed me the issue. Fixed it on the spot and cost was significantly less then expected. Didn’t try to cheat lie or upsell. Very respectful and commendable. Very friendly.

I've had my bike serviced several times at Eddy's and I recently bought a bike rack at Eddy's, which they installed for me. Their staff is always very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and the service is always excellent.

Josh was very helpful in helping me pick out my replacement wheel. He even brought the wheel back from the Stow store since he was going that way. I would definately recommend others to come here
Bike shops are generally great places - Eddy's in Willoughby is the best. No hassle. Wide selection. Easy return and assistance. Work with you to get the right bike. Definitely recommend.
