I just bought my first road bike from Eddy's! Everyone in the shop is so helpful and kind. They didn't try to sell us anything outside of our price range, they tried to just show us everything within our budget. They also didn't try to force us to buy all the extras to go with the bike (water bottle holders, pedals, etc.) but all of the extras are available in the store! They have a large inventory of really nice bikes to choose from. I was able to test ride the bike in the parking lot before I made the purchase just to be sure it was the right fit for me. The bike I wanted for my size had to be ordered and shipped to the store. They called me right when it was ready for pick up. I took the bike home and it was difficult for me to shift the front shifters. We took it in the next day and they knew exactly how to fix it. It was fixed within 5 minutes! Great and friendly customer service!
