After my trike was serviced and I unloaded it from my car, I attempted to ride it to our garage and the chain broke where it had been shortened by the repair staff. I called to report the problem and could not be more pleased with the response. Someone came to my house, 30+ miles away, and picked up my trike. It was repaired and delivered to my house within days. All is well and I am very happy with the attitude of the managers in accepting responsibility for this issue and correcting it in a timely manner.

David was the most incredible person I could have come across when buying my first ever road bike! He was so patient with me, answered every single question I could possibly have, made recommendations in multiple price points, and made SURE that I had all of the gear I would need in case anything went wrong.
