Over the years I have purchased 8-10 bikes from Century Cycle and now Eddys. The reason why is primarily the staff. The staff makes all the difference as they are incredibly pleasant, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I have brought bikes in and they have fixed them on the spot in a very short period of time. For a tuneup, they schedule me in and are always complete the job when they say it will be complete. Eddys has a great selection of bikes and manufacturers of bikes to choose from. All of our accessories come from Eddies. In addition, they are very close to our home and the makes it easy, whether a bike is on my rack or loaded into the back.
I would highly recommend Eddys for an enjoyable experience and knowing they stand behind their bikes and their work.
Service was very pleasant. The gentleman even came outside while I was loading up to give a suggestion on a modification. Very nice folks over there.
