Very pleased with the service department. I brought both my bikes in for tune-ups. The guys were very helpful, and found a needed repair on one of my bikes. I have also bought items from the great selection of accessories and clothing, and of course a bicycle several years ago.
Excellent selection of SE bikes & service on a Sunday, awesome! I drove 83 miles one way to get there and I will be doing it again! Honestly, it had an old school customer service feel but was modern at the same time if that makes sense, it was a nice reminder that it is still important to some businesses!
The knowledge of the employees as well as their customer service make every visit feel personal. We spent nearly 2 hours choosing and purchasing 2 electric bikes recently and felt as if we were the only customers. He also ensured we had everything we needed to ride S soon as we got home since it’s been a long time since we bought bikes for ourselves and not kids

Wonderful help to compare and purchase an Electra Electric Bike for me and a Bike Rack for our car! I drove 2 bikes in the parking lot to decide what fit me best- Salesman was very hlepufl with his comments and advice.
However I was very disappointed with the $125 trade-in value for my 1 year old $700 Electra Townie bicycle.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Staff went out of their way to answer questions and help us make a good choice in our purchase. Staff are clearly passionate and knowledgeable which is showcased in their excellent customer service. Will for sure shop here again.
I had a great experience with Eddie’s Bikes. They fixed my bike promptly and charged a very reasonable price. The customer service was friendly and helpful throughout the process, and they were flexible about holding the bike until I was able to pick it up. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend them.

I brought my bicycle in after I had some trouble getting the beads to set on my tubeless tires. The mechanics took care of the problem while I waited, and suggested some ways for me to avoid the problem in the future. Fantastic, courteous service.
Came in close to closing time at the north olmsted location, but Joey came right up to my friend and I, greeted and helped is out, stayed and chatted with us, was very knowledgeable super cool guy ended up buying a new kink bmx bike. Will definitely Come back
We did the free 1-year service and had Ben experiencing significant issues with the brakes. The service shop was able to have Trek replace all the brakes under warranty. We really appreciate that! Excellent customer service.

I enjoyed the class I attended and learned a great deal about how the derailleur and back gears work and how to adjust them. Left my bike for some new brakes and a new gear assembly for the front and was very please with the repairs. Zak was my technician for the class and the repairs and was really good at explaining everything. My bike is 20 years old and the service made me confident that all was good. Would highly recommend using Eddy's and in particular Zak.
