I love shopping from a smaller mom and pop store rather than somewhere like Walmart. Your bikes are great quality and you have a wide variety of accessories to choose from. When choosing a bike you give the option to test drive it and make sure the bike fits to the biker. Outstanding customer service! Once sale is final you even do a checkup on the bike to make sure every bolt is in ship shape condition.

I had a fun day at Eddy's yesterday...first of all, I LOVE bike shops and Eddy's is one of the best. I needed some new pedals, cleats, and shoes for my indoor trainer, and the pedals was the easy part. Since I've got long and wide feed, Bram needed to research where to find the best shoes at my price point, and called me back today with some good options. That's true customer service.
And, since I'm also in the market for my next bike, I spent 30 minutes with Chris researching two very good options with both Giant and Specialized, and I'm well on my way to considering one of them as a future purchase. While we dug into specs and builds, we also traded cycling stories and perspectives on the trends in the biking industry. Fun to have someone to nerd out with.
Can't think of too many ways to spend a couple of hours at the end of the workday, can you?
