There was no upsell that I can tell, I find this refreshing. When I came in asking about E bikes and the different types , I was told what they are what they can do what makes them different without feeling I was pushed into buying a more expensive model.
I would also like to say that the people that worked with me genuinely enjoyed their job, they like what they do and that makes a huge difference. I will recommend your store to everyone I know.
The people there are great. Your staff was super helpful and answered all our questions. They helped install our purchase which was a bike rack for a trailer hitch.
I came in because it didnt feel like my bike fit me correctly. I was unsure if there was any adjustments that could be made or if I needed a better fitted bike. After explaining to Chris, an employee, what was going on and seeing my posture on the bike, he made some good suggestions on small adjustments that could be made. And when I got the bike back it felt so much better!!! I was happy to be able to keep my current bike and still feel good riding it! Overall had a great experience!

Eddy's Bike shop located in Akron, has an great team and service center. The staff answered all of our questions regarding hybrids and accessories. We donated 2 of our older bikes, I decided to have them refurbish my sports hybrid and we purchased a new hybrid bike for my husband. We would recommend this location and we will be going back for all or cycling needs.
For a young man Owen’s attention to detail and general knowledge have compelled me to switch the service of my 4 bikes to you.

Great products and service. Jackson helped me and was great. I haven’t rode i bike in years and he explained everything the bike did to accessories i should consider buying and even helped load it in my car. Overall a great experience. Definitely would suggest your store to anyone wanting a bike and will be using your store for any future purchases i make.

Staff is attentive and responsive. Craig, your mechanic, has been especially helpful to all. Recently, I was at the North Olmsted store, stood aside and watched him (although he was obviously busy) patiently explain to customers how to adjust their bikes; offering tips and advice. Does not make people feel inadequate. Very cool. I brought in a wheel with a broken spoke and he promised to get it done for me the same afternoon so I could go on a previously planned ride the next morning. He did. I DID. And consequently, the world is in equipoise.
Chris spent over two hours with me, picking out the perfect bike. He was so very patient as we looked at many different bikes and many different price points, and no pressure at any point in the process.

While the extensive bike selection annd inventory is impressive, the customer service is the game changer. I looked for some time for my bike but as soon as I spoke with John on the phone and initially visited the store, the decision was solid. I was able to accurately select the right bike, and plan its arrival at the store, as well as the great Hollywood bike rack. I received a confirmation call as planned and I was assisted from the moment I walked into the store. I got to test drive the bike to learn how to operate it, my bike rack was personally installed and secured on my Outback, bike loaded ( by me under a watchful eye so I knew how ), and I was off! Would never consider anywhere else
