They went beyond their comfort zone to assist a senior disabled multi generational customer. Our UpWalker has handbrakes like a bicycle but they do not have an official repair service in Ohio. Eddy’s diagnosed it as a broken brake cable, told me what size I needed to order and except for one young man on the phone that was rude twice, worked with us when the wrong cable was delivered. My husband with Parkinson’s can walk and stop safely again. Hurray Eddy’s!! For realizing customers do progress from training wheels to triathlons to walkers. DK

Went into the store to get a new rack bag and left with the replacement part to fix the existing bag instead which was much less expensive. Great example identifying the real issue and solving it in a way that benefits the customer.

The repairs got done sooner than expected. My granddaughter was so excited to get her bike back. The employees were very friendly. They have a wide variety of all sizes of bikes. I would consider purchasing an electric bike from there.

We were greeted immediately upon entering the store by an employee. When Dan, our salesman became available he assisted us and encouraged us to try the bikes out that we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Once we selected the best bike for us, he assisted us in purchasing the accessories we wanted.
