Brought my bike in for regular service to get it ready for spring. The person working on my bike noticed that it had an improperly sized chain guard on it. It must have been there since I purchased the bike two years ago from Eddy’s. I would have never known the difference and he probably could have said nothing, but instead, he ordered the correct part and installed it at no additional charge. For me, that’s the kind of honest customer service that will keep me as a loyal customer that will recommend Eddy’s bike shop to all of my friends and family. Thank you!

Anthony was incredibly helpful in helping me find and fit the correct bike for my 10 year old son. I thought he needed a 24" size and Anthony showed us he was already well into a 26" and a such we would get much more use out the larger size.
They reviewed everything with my son and how to use the bikes features, adjusted the saddle and fit his helmet.
I would highly recommend this store.

Everything! I buy local as much as possible and Eddies usually has what i need. The staff at Rocky River ( my go to store ) are outstanding! I have been shopping that location for over 10 years and bought bikes and sought advice from Krista all those years. Even the newer people are exceptional.
