Service was excellent. Took bike in for service on Sunday was informed that they were a week out for service. I explained it was an older bike that I was giving to my daughter out of town and I needed it by Thursday morning. They said they could do that and called me on Monday afternoon to let me know that it was ready. They not only tuned it up but gave it a nice cleaning all around. Nice job Eddie’s !!!!!
My wife and I purchased two Specialized Expedition bicycles from your store in North Olmsted on May 8th, 2001! Everyone I spoke to starting with my initial phone inquiry to actually bringing the bikes in for service were astounded that we bought those bikes over 25 years ago! From Jacob in service to all the other staff members, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. I was quoted a price for new tires, and they not only stuck to it (no surprises), but also delivered on their promise of a two-day turn around for the work to be completed. One of the pleasant surprises was their helpfulness in unloading and loading the bicycles to and from the back of my car, which was great due to my inability to do that myself.
All in all, a great experience from start to finish, and I will be leaving a 5-Star Google review as well.
We can't wait to ride our "new" bikes again!

I originally went to Eddy’s to get a bike to train for my first triathlon. I was entirely new to cycling and the guys were so helpful. They have helped me time again with getting the right gear and maintaining my bike. I highly recommend them!

I was promptly meet at the service desk and was given a couple of options for tires, which I appreciated
I was notified the. Very next day that my bike was ready. This was a very quick turnaround.
I took my bicycle in for maintenance and repairs in the spring when they were extremely busy. They did say it may take several weeks in which I told the gentleman it was no hurry. They did, however, get it done anyway in a timely manner and everything is working beautifully again. Thank you for the excellent service.

We rented 2 ebikes to take to the Rocky River Reservation and it was a great experience.
I just wish that they would take reservations for the bikes since it was a risk traveling from an hour away and not be certain that the bikes would be available.
