Speedy service and informational staff
They are kind, efficient, honest, and extremely skilled.
I had left an axle lock key there a year and a half ago, and they had carefully saved it for me.

I was going to a hole in the wall bike shop trying to save money and I ended up almost crashing coming over the Manhattan bridge when my front brake broke off. Lucky it didn’t go into my spokes. Bicycle Habitat is affordable and professional. Not to mention the dude in the front is always playing awesome classic rock if you listen closely. My bike is running smooth and I honestly think I’m better than other people when I’m cruising around. Thank you Bicycle Habitat. I turn my nose up at people now.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Got me sorted with a well-fitted bike, worked with me to select and install a rear rack based on my needs, and answered any questions I had. Would recommend.

Staff is respectful, friendly, knowledgable, and constructive in helping me consider and ultimately make choices. Some bike shops make you feel stupid for asking questions. Not Bicycle Habitat.

As a 26-year cyclist coming from the home of cycling, San Francisco, I will say that you folks offered fantastic service. I was able to actually speak with the mechanics, as opposed to hiding them behind the cashier, like too many bike shops. The turnaround time for my repair was much quicker than I had expected and the price was reasonable, especially since I was able to see an estimate for the cost of the repair on your website, no mystery costs were hiding in the thick of it. The mechanics and front desk staff gave great advice and service, and didn't make me feel like I was gonna have to walk out with a new frame, when all I needed was a bottom bracket. Superb! Keep running this wonderful little shop.
